Emily has been with the company in some capacity for over 10 years!
Before BGM, she attended Dubois High School & then went on to Mount Aloysius College for Radiology. When she realized that it wasn't for her, she applied to become the admin assistant at Brookville Glove.
Becca Dougherty
Sales Representative/Marketing Coordinator
Becca graduated from Redbank High School in 2016 & went on to study/play volleyball at Thiel College, where she graduated in 2020.
Becca is now on the board of the Redbank Chamber of Commerce, the assistant volleyball coach at C-L High School & the event/marketing coordinator at Longshot Ammo & Arms.
In Becca's free time she loves to travel & spend time with family/friends!
Kari Ehrhart
Embroiderer/Graphic Designer
Kari has been working with us here at BGM for over 5 years, and has another 5 years of graphic design experience prior to joining us.
She graduated from C-L High School & went on to study at Dubois Business College.
For fun, she likes to play video games, hang out with family/friends, & go to car shows with her husband. Kari is also a member of the Team Envision Car Club!
Ashley Wilfong
Quality Control Manager
Ashley has been with BGM for over 5 years, she started on the Brookville Glove side sewing gloves until she joined the custom wear team in 2023!
She attended Brookville High School & currently resides in Brookville.

Jim Jones
Screen-Printer/Engraver/Graphic Designer
Jim has been with BGM for 5 years, but has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Jim attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
He likes to camp, and try different breweries with his wife Heather!
Chase Zamperini
Screen-Printer/Graphic Designer
Chase graduated in 2007 from Redbank Valley High School and went on to play golf for Clarion University, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2012.
With over 15 years in the customer service industry, Chase brings a strong blend of creativity, technical skill, and client-focused communication to every project.
Outside of work Chase still pursues golf both competitively and leisurely.
